Entry-level consultants focus on gathering, analyzing, and delivering data via presentations and/or technology solutions.


Associate consultants (ACs) own a stream or functional area of a project. They independently oversee associates’ work and develop project deliverables within their specific stream. ACs are invited to build client relationships and the team’s leadership, contributing to internal activities, including recruiting and mentorship.


Consultants are responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a consultancy project. Their tasks include team leadership, coordinating with all project stakeholders (client and partners), resolving and mediating issues. Consultants are also expected to participate in internal events (e.g., holding seminars/training for the benefit of other consultants) and support business development opportunities with clients.


Managers own the project delivery and internal functions such as recruiting and training. They typically manage multiple projects at once and are expected to actively sell new consulting work.


Partners lead client teams based on their experience and expertise in various niches. They manage and oversee all critical issues for a client. A significant portion of a partner’s time is dedicated to selling new consulting assignments to existing and new clients.

Though every team member excels at their own pace, a typical promotion timeline is 18-30 months across each functional level.
